Becky (Hellerstein) Simon, R.D., C.D.

Becky provides nutrition consultations for adults, teens and kids interested in optimizing their health and finding nutritional balance. She believes in a lifestyle approach to nutrition, looking at the whole individual and working mindfully with clients to achieve their personal goals. Becky specializes in supporting kids and families in developing a healthy lifestyle. She also has a strong background in sports nutrition, eating disorders, pediatric nutrition, weight management, wellness/prevention, and metabolic disorders. Becky has implemented and developed weight management and wellness programs for schools and organizations throughout the country. She graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and psychology. She completed her dietetic internship at Bastyr University, gaining a whole foods and natural medicine perspective on nutrition.

Becky is also a Yoga-Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher.  She has been practicing yoga for the last 6 years and has found that the gifts of mindfulness and self-awareness harmoniously link with nutrition and health.  By incorporating yoga, nutrition and psychology, Becky is able to offer a holistic perspective on healing. Yoga is her passion and she enjoys sharing the gift of yoga with others. 

Education & Associations: Becky holds memberships with the American Dietetic Association, the Sports, Cardiovascular, Wellness Nutritionist Dietetic Practice Group and the Nutrition in Complementary Care Dietetic Practice Group. She received her American Dietetics Association's Certification in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management in April 2008 and Certification in Adult Weight Manangement in June 2008. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher training from Shakti Spirit in Bali, Indonesia.

Monika Jacobson, R.D., C.D.

Monika’s passion for nutrition and wellness shines in her consultations with all her clients seeking to maximize their lives with healthy eating. She works with people of all ages to individualize their meal plans based on personal goals and health conditions. Monika has extensive experience in weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and disease prevention. She graduated with honors from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Nutrition.  Her dietetic supervised practice was completed though Washington State University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics.  

Monika enjoys cooking, spending time in the outdoors and competing in endurance events such as triathlons and distance running. She strongly believes her love for food and exercise makes her a great dietitian!  

Certifications & Associations: Monika is a Washington State Certified Dietitian and a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. She earned her Certificate in Adult Weight Management in 2008. Monika is a member of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association and a former board member of the South Sound Dietetic Association.
